Test Drive: CTM Record Report Generation

Please note...

As this is just a demo environment, please note the following:
  • The report is currently configured to work with two workflows: Incoming Materials and Clinical Materials Record
  • Selecting any other workflow will not fully populate the report as the data required for the materials is not present
  • Clinical Materials Record workflow is not currently configured to pull in data from all material activities. You will notice it only pulls in basic inventory details
Example #1
  • Navigate to Applets -> Clinical Trial Material Record 
  • Select the Sample Sheet named Testing (Copy of Incoming Material Workflow) from the drop menu

    Result:     The CTMC Record displays with a summary of all activity data into one printable report
Example #2: Report with Multiple Materials
  • Navigate to Applets -> Clinical Trial Material Record 
  • Select the Sample Sheet named Demo Summary (Clinical Trial Material Record) from the drop menu

    Result: The CTMC Record displays. Notice completion of multiple materials
Viewing the Worksheet in LIMS
  • Navigate to LIMS App
  • Select Demo Summary from the list of worksheets

    Result:     You can view the information and signoffs being pulled into the report
Example #3: Viewing an "in-progress" report 
  • Navigate to Applets -> Clinical Trial Material Record 
  • Select LY0099887 Lyophilized Vial-20260121 (Incoming Material Workflow) from the drop menu

    Result: An in-progress CTMC Record displays.
