Who should attend

This course is designed for project managers who are new to L7|ESP and who will be tasked with overseeing an L7|ESP implementation.

Course objective

Participants will learn the inputs, outputs and best practices for each stage of the L7|ESP Implementation Process. Given real-world implementation scenarios, learners will practice skills necessary to ensure an L7|ESP implementation process is on-time and on-budget. Learners will also come away with time-saving templates and artifacts they can use with their own implementation teams.
