Overview

Role-based Certification Tracks

Onboarding and certification tracks exist for specific competencies considered critical to customer success during and following an L7|ESP implementation.  As you browse these tracks, reach out to L7 University if you have any questions about pre-requisite skills or the overall certification process.
PROject management
The Project Management track prepares project managers to successfully guide L7|ESP implementation projects. The track combines product knowledge, basic modeling and L7 implementation processes and standards.
SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTURE
The Solutions Architecture track prepares new SAs to design technology solutions for L7|ESP customer implementations. Trainees learn to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
MODELING DATA & PROCESSES
The Modeling track provides the knowledge and skills necessary to configure custom data and process models specific to an organization’s needs. Participants will learn no-code and low-code techniques for building and testing protocols and workflows, and how these techniques surface in LIMS and MES contexts.

The Development track prepares software engineers to programmatically extend and connect L7|ESP via API and using performant techniques.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
The QA Engineer performs Verification of basic functionality of developed Content, creates and manages Test & Traceability Matrix, provides end-to-end QA testing, and generates Verification Summary, Test Matrix and Traceability Matrix Reports.
PRODUCT SUPPORT
The Product Support track is a cross-discipline training and shadowing journey providing engineers with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide efficient and effective product support that drives customer success and loyalty.
